For Kenilworth Residents 65 years of age or older; residents over 18 years of age with a chronic illness, pregnant women, and health-care personnel who provide patient care.

Residents should be prepared to present their Medicare part B cards and/or doctor’s note (those 18 to 64 with a chronic illness) on the day of the vaccinations.

NOTE:  THERE WILL BE A $10.00 FEE FOR THOSE WITHOUT A MEDICARE PART B CARD
